Beatrice says she's from Weirwood like it's another world entirely, but in reality Weirwood is just a town in The Wild, Avalon.
It's kind of like Monstrologist Burke who says she's from Albion, but anyone who plays Pirate101 knows that Albion is a skyway of Marleybone.
I guess you could consider it a plot hole, but I could see it as them telling you what state they live in, rather than what country they live in. Beatrice probably assumed that we (the wizard) were well versed in the geography of all worlds in the Spiral and we would know what world she's from by just saying "I'm from Weirwood" alone.
