When I go to launch the game via the shortcut on my desktop the launcher crashes within seconds. The error says "A problem has occurred - Do you wish you report this error?". Even when I try to report the error it goes away and doesnt let me report the error. I can't go into the game or even type in my username that is how fast it crashes. I've reinstalled about 5-6 times and rebooted my pc and my drivers are up to date. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?

4. At Log On Screen, after log in fails. - Press Back Button - Attempt to log on again. - Repeat until success occurs.
5. Contact Game Support https://www.wizard101.com/game/help - When contacting Game Support, make sure you provide your User Name, and a brief summary of what the issue is (i.e., Error 121 notification appears after I attempt to log on, etc...). You may include screenshots, if applicable,
