This is my personal favorite event of the year, I love the Halloween quests. Especially Baron Mordecai. But a word of warning: It may say Rank 4 boss, but in reality he's an average Dragonspyre boss in Wizard City. His minion is one of those mobs walking around Dragonspyre areas. But he's a great boss to farm for the gear you'd normally see there. Have fun this month! :D
