Where is Mr. Lincoln in Golem Court?

In the advanced guide it saids

"If you make a mistake, you can sell back your Spells for Training Points with Mr Lincoln in Golem Court. This transaction costs Crowns."

but I can't find any Mr. Lincoln there. Any idea where he is? thanks

Mr Lincoln requires that you be level 12 or higher to sell back your training points.

Aaahh, gotcha. I was level 10/11 when I posted this but now I'm 13 so I will try again. Thanks again.
