The level that you are at when you get the quest will suffice. Though for some it is best to wait till they are almost done with wizard city(having defeated Colossus Boulevard).

Also , unless you like to fight Lord NightShade , you should make sure you get every quest in wizard city prior to going to him. That way you don't have to fight him any more then you need to.

lvl.14!!

I was able to beat her at lvl 12 and with no friends or treasure cards(I usualy forget about those).

if you are level 13 there is nothing in wizard city, no matter what school your in that you cant beat. if you nervous dont charge in check your deck make sure you have the cards to shield, heal, and boast. then let him have it, nightshade thats the guy in stormdrain tower? get the brain jar off his desk it will look great in your dorm. you should be done with "everything" in wizard city around level 16 or 17.

You are an excellent lvl to fight him but one thing. this boss has an extremly strong helper with him so the best thing to do is...

go with a friend

buy a minion treasure card

or summon one (if your myth like i am )

boss: Lord nightshade death 660 health

helper: Field guard storm 495 health (i think)

the boss is death and 1000 health. i think your right about the helper though.

Um i am pretty sure your thinking of grubb.

if ya goin at it solo i believe the bosses scale a little depending on lvl

Well I am a lvl 48 ice wizard. But I beat him at lvl12 you can kill him if you are a lower lvl. But be smart and bring a friend.

Life is llike this because even though healers, they have few attack cards. Myth, has minions. I would still say around that.

It all maters on your secondary school, stats, healing spells, etc.

Just saying, but I was level 14 or 15 when I beat nightshade, and i am a life wizard. Can't remember if I soloed it, i might have. But if you want to solo it I would say probably at the least 22. We life wizards have some good strong spells but at 22 you will have gotten the seraph spell, which will really help.

PS: And if you are planning to fight him, i would put some life spells in your deck. Since he is a death boss life spells normaly have a boosted impact on him.

I honestly don't think it is the level that is holding you back. I defeated Lord Nightshade much before level 13.

I would suggest simply to bring along some friends. That will make the battle go a lot quicker. :)

I recommend your level or higher with maybe a friend. And make sure you have level 0 spells and healing. Somehow, people always forget those things.

I just got done soloing him tonight and im at like lvl 12 or 13
