so it already took me a while to get the robe and boots but for luska it does not want to drop the hat like seriously I’ve been farming this guy for the longest and still no hood is it the game or am I just unlucky really bad ???
Waterworks gear for schools can be very difficult to get to drop, it's all based on luck and RNG. There is very small possibility it has glitched for you (but is possible). All I can suggest is keep working at it, you'll get it eventually
