Waterworks drop question

Hi,

I want to receive the death gear from waterworks, Hangman's Cape, etc do I need to use a death wizard to get these drops? Since balance wizard so far I am only getting the balance set.

yes, you can only get the gear for the school of that wizard, so if you want death gear, farm on death.
