Is there any new shops available to levels 5-15 for subscription users only in Wizard City? And where?

So far i know a shop in colossus blovard but its hidden . It can be found near the ice girl who gives you quests.

But if you are a member or a crowns player then there a lot of shops all across the spiril and they are awesome believe me !
