Smith locations

I have been told to go to the Shopping District Smith and sometimes the Unicorn Way Smith but cannot find him in either place. Any suggestions on where to look?

Like what Professor Greyrose said, no cheats!

But, if you need to see which ones you still need to find, go into your quest log and click the arrows on the smiths quests.
