Go and stand directly in front of Mindy Pixiecrown and without moving forward/backward physically, turn your character to the left. You'll see the walkway down to a house......she's in there

Glad you found it.

I almost missed the one in Marleybone (behind the mayor). I didn't see it until I was working on my second wizard and noticed someone going down the stairs LOL
