Nightside?

I'm a level 12 death student and I have a quest in nightside, but I can't get in! >< Is this a bug, or am I not high enough? Or maybe just doing something wrong? thanks!

You have to get the key from Professor Ambrose. He'll give you the key when you've gotten a little bigger and done a few more quests.

Actually, right now, after you complete the 3 streets he will give you a quest to go to Stormdrain Tower in Haunted Cave, Triton Avenue to defeat Lord Nightshade. After defeating him go back to Headmaster Ambrose and show him the stuff u got from Nightshade and he will ask you to go to Nightside.
