My Minion Quest Never Activated! Help!!!

Hi, I'm a level 33 death wizard and my minion quest never activated! I did the Speedy Delivery quest at level 18 to unlock it but for some reason it just never activated!

Please help!!!!!!

If you are over level 28 and have completed Speedy Delivery, Dworgyn in Nightside should have a quest for you.
