I believe what you are looking for is the Birthday Theme - this was the music played during the quest "Time Has Come". KILive gave the music scroll out as a free gift on September 27th, 2018. This is auctionable, so, I suggest some bazaar farming for it . You will be looking for a music scroll labeled "Birthday Theme"
