I have a membership and it still wont let me go to firecat alley or cyclops lane? Why is this?

I have just bought a membership two days ago and it still not letting my access areas that I should be allowed to go into also I have the kracktopia quest my email says my payment was accepted how long till it is active what am I doing wrong ? plz help!
