You said you are in armorica so 2 options: you misspelled the country name (America maybe) or you come from the ancient Gaul.

In both case,
You playing on US servers and then click on the KI link : https://www.wizard101.com/CustomerSupport/game

You playing on European server and then you are on the wrong forum ou must pass by gameforge help on the gameforge link Sparck gave to you : https://en.wizard101.gameforge.com/wizard101/en/game/help/support
