You get ice blade at level 38 for completing your professor task. That's actually great that you have an mc ice blade pet, also take in to consideration that you also have ice bubble at level 33 which gives the most % of all the bubbles.You also have access to elemental blades you can train at level 25 from niles the balance tree in krokatopia.

Unfortunately Ice wizards don't get their blade until level 38. It's crazy how late on it is, but Wizard City Library has single ice blades for sale if you can afford to get some. They're cheaper in the bazaar, but they're harder to find there. The library has unlimited stocks. It might be worth buying some to keep you going until you can train it.

I think you will learn Iceblade at level 36. Keep working on those levels and you'll get it in no time.
Blade is available as soon as you reach level 38.
