What is the Forlorn Tower? I can't get in yet, and I wanna know-


WHAT IS THE FORLORN TOWER!?!?!?!?!

The Forlorn Tower is on Firecat Alley across from Private Quinn. It's part of the side quest "Nor a Lender Be", which you get from Shelus Gruffheart, who is up the hill from the tower. You have to do his other quests to get to that quest.
