I was wandering through Crab Alley today and I saw three wizards standing on a sigil in front of a large hole with a descending ladder. I figured that this was probably the Waterworks, am I right? I thought so because two wizards were Legendary and the other was a Transended. I went up to the sigil to see if I could go in, yet no luck. Is there a quest to get inside? If there is, who provides it?
