how do i get a staff in wizard city and from who?

you get a staff from wizard city after you have beated colussus blovard .

it will ve given to you by ambrose and it depends on what skool you are like if you are a fire wizard then you get a fire staff and so on so on ...

ok so i got the staff from collosus but can you get them from bosses like Alicane SwiftArrow?

i think there is a staff you get from alican swift arrow. its a fire staff though. hope that helped you
