I just turned level 30 and Merle Ambrose contacted me for something or other. When I went to him this "matter of urgent importance" was no longer available.

If this has happened to someone else please let us know. If not, then i'll report as a bug.

Yes young Wizard, this is a known bug.

yea that happened to me to i thought since i turned my tips on critical only when i turned it back it did some old quest i already did.

indeed, it happened to me too. like gamma said, they are working on it.

a similar bug is also with simeon, that nub who stands outside the dorms. he introduces you to castles and housing once you hit level 15.
