Getting pet to learn spritely or any other healing

Guys I tried to get my pet(flying squirrel) to get a heal spell but I keep training and it isn't getting. any tips or tricks?

Hatch with pets that have the talent. There is nothing you can do with training to help. All pet talents are genetic and set when the pet hatches.

you can train all you want but will never get spritely since it is not one of the talents on the 1st generation pet:

All you can do is hatch with something that does have spritely and hope for the best.

If you are having trouble finding a friend with a healing pet to hatch with, you can always buy a starfish in Celestia from the dealer for 10,000 gold. It has Spritely and Spell Proof as possible talents so it makes a good starter to hatch with other pets that have talents or cards you prefer. You can also try to look for hatching matchups on
