If you didn't know, he is at the end of fire cat alley/final boss of fire cat alley.

Yes alicane drops the white one but i am not sure where the goldish one is,

The other cat statue is the Obsidian Cat dropped by Vesta Shadowmark in the Forum (Dragonspyre)
