Hey guys, so me and my friend started to farm for a legendary athame Dragon's talon of tumult and we have been trying days and days. And never find any luck. We are both level 120 storm and we have seen many 100 levels who are First time doing darkmoor got it on First try. Is the drop rate lower because we are higher level? Its very confusing. I was trying for my boots when I got the amulet drop. Like all other drops, it's completely RNG. Nothing you do can increase your chances of getting an item.
