Welcome to the Crab Alley topic! Crab Alley can be found in Triton Avenue across from Duncan Grimwater at the anchor rope. To get to Crab Alley, you will need to accept the quest given by Sohomer SunBlade called "Trouble Underfoot". You must investigate Crab Alley to see what is wrong with the Storm Batteries. Note: Crab Alley is a side quest, and does not need to be done.
"The Storm Mill is in trouble, and I need your help! Something strange is going on down below us, and we don't know what!"
"You might not know this, but we collect magical lightning here, and store it in the Storm Batteries buried far below the mill."
"The Storm Batteries are in tunnels that were once beneath Triton Avenue, but now they're located right off Crab Alley."
"Here's a water-breathing potion. Go to the edge of the river near the anchor rope, and jump down to Crab Alley."
"Find Herman! He may have an idea about what's going on down there."
