Can`t Get To Do the New Quest!

i'm a level 39 death wizard and i can't figure out how to do the new Lost Pages quest. Can someone please help me...

Go to the library in the commons, and talk to the librarian. And read what he has to say.

Talk to the librarian. And then just follow the arrows to get to the place you need to be after that.
