Purchased Wizard101 card at Bestbuy. $20. Activated it. It included free pet named Hotzilla. However, did not get nor do I see the pet. How do I get my pet? Please help.
You need to log in to the game to receive your pet, young wizard. If you log in to the game and don't see the present icon, contact Mr Lincoln through the Help & Support tab on the left, and he'll look into it for you.
