Falmea, Cyrus, and the Malorn Ashthorn all obviosely come from Wizard City... Greyrose come from candy world As for Halston, (the frog ) I haven't the slightest clue.
By the way, the balance teacher's name is Arthur Wethersfeild. I only know these guys' names because I looked them up

Actually, Cyrus was from Dragonspyre, the highest lvl a wizard can go up to. Greyrose came from Colossus Blvd, Arthur came from Marlybone, the third world before Grizzleheim came.
You forgot Moolinda Woo, who came from moo shu, the world right before Dragonspyre and after Marlybone
I dont know where Halston is from, i think he's from triton avenue, but there might be a new world coming out
