I find it kind of bug me that on school houses you can put stuff on walk ways but not in wc houses. As well as I think you should be able to put certain things in the water, like boats. Maybe even add a skeletal pirate boat to the item list Also I think you should be able to walk up to the waterfall in the first wc house.
