Stardust Gets rid of all charms, wards, and global spells on everyone, positive and negative Animation: Starry night sky appears, twinkling dust falls down on the field. pips: 2 or 3
I have no idea what the celestia schools are but these are just my ideas
Lunar would be like Ice and life, focusing on defense and healing Solar would be like storm and fire, focusing on offense but low accuracy Stellar would be like balance, manipulating battles

A tree comes up with a bee nest the be hive rumbles and then a bunch of bees flies out. A ring of flowers come up around target the bees come out and swarm the target then they pull back doing the damage a cloud of pollin floats up they fly into the bee hive and the pollin spirals and tornados into the hive then the tree turns around to where bee hive is over the caster it drops a drop of sparkling gold honey into them and heals them 50%

Hurricane Storm 3 pips 100% Plus 40% no next storm spell (blade), and plus 30% to next storm spell on all enemies. (Will apply traps) Scene: N/A -Sorry guys, just thought it's time for storm to get another buff-
Frozen Tundra Ice 1 pip 100% -50% to next damage spell or steal spell to all friends. (Basically applies tower shield to whole team) Scene: N/A
Nightmare zombie Death 8 pips 85% 650 death damage, convert half to health. Also puts an infection on enemy Scene: A zombie (looks like Grubb) will dig its way out of the ground. It will hurl its shovel at the opponent. The shovel will go around the opponent, doing the damage, then it will go around the user, healing them. It will then return to the zombie's hand.
Head rock cyclops minion Myth 8 pips 80% Summon a minion of myth. Has 1,200 health. Has 40% power pip chance. Will cast: Cyclops, humungofrog, minotaur, earthquake, storm shield, and orthrus. Scene: Summon a head rock cyclops minion.
Forest Cry Life X pips 90% 90 damage per pip to all enemies. Scene: A forest at first. Four trees will be standing. Suddenly, a centaur will jump out and yell his battle cry. He'll gallop away. The trees will come to life, and stand like the treant. They will make a noise and hurl their rocks at each of the opponents. -I might be a bit biased here, since I'm life, but from my experience life desperately needs an attack all spell. This will do-

*Why Death? Well, the legend is that Romulus and Remus were brothers that fought over who would found a city where they were born. Then Romulus killed Remus and founded Rome. So that's why Remus is Death.
