Skeleton Key Level Requirements

So, I've been farming Fellspawn and Tenni'syn recently and, quite often, a wizard well below 130 or 120 decides to sneak in through the team up kiosk. When this happens, the whole team and run is messed up and we're forced to leave because a level 80 with 13 resist thinks that they can take on Fellspawn. There needs to be a level requirements for key bosses in the kiosk such as 125 (maybe 130?) for Fellspawn and 120 for Tenni'syn. This would ensure that no low-levels could sneak in through the kiosk and ruin most runs.
