I think it would be a good quality of life update for wizards in parties less than 4 to skip the timer. Even though 2 minutes is not a long time, when playing a fast pace game like this, players that help via the kiosk tend to not want to wait out the timer. I feel like adding this feature would encourage the team up kiosk to be assisting not only less popular dungeons but also an excellent time saver.
For example, "Waterworks" is the name of a very popular dungeon on team up, so finding parties is not difficult. However a random boss in Azteca, you can have some max level wizard join your team up queue and leave because they don't feel like waiting 2 minutes to help somebody else when they can instantly join a more popular dungeon.
