I don't like accepting a quest I didn't want to do on accident and clogging my quest logs, I know its somewhat more organized now but in general I'd really like to unaccept a quest and go back and get it later.
It drives me NUTS seeing these quest I dont plan to do yet and even though I dont have too sometimes I feel absolutely obligated to do them for no good reason.
