Penny Dreadful?

When I was back in wizard city and I was doing the quests for Penny Dreadful she kept on saying that she was from Marleybone. So if she is from Marleybone shouldn't she be a dog? Haven't you guys ever thought the same thing?

Well, this is what I think...

Penny is from a family of Humans in Marelybone. She came to Wizard city to become a student at Ravenwood.

Or,

Her family are all dogs, and Penny can shape-shift into a human.

Well... That's all I got!
