Obsidon chests

I was wondering what Obsidon chests were for because they don't open. Is there a quest or something about them later in the game?

They are for a quest in dragonspyre. They have parts of drafonrider staff and you must get them all

Does anyone know when i get that quest and who gives it to me? I am in the Drake Hatchery and still haven't got the quest.
