I saw a few wizard walking around that didn't have hats. One of them had short pink hair. They were all pretty high level wizards, and I assumed that you could get those items once you have advanced to a certain world or have reached a certain level. However, I looked on these forums, and everyone was saying that there was no way to not wear a hat. So now I'm really confused. I wish I had a screenshot, but I will try to take one next time I see a wizard like that. Anyways, if one of the administrators could clear this up for me, I would be ever so grateful.
