I think we could add a few non-quest badges. I have hit 140 on every school and some are 150 now too. I think a few badges could acknowledge this massive goal. Would it be possible that for every large milestone or level could be a badge? In one family account linking you could keep track of a few badges and only gain them for everyone if all characters of 1 school of all 7 complete them.

7 Time Darkmoor Champion- Get 7 character to level 100 in your family and defeat Malistaire the Undying
Master of 7 Scions- Get 7 characters to level 130 in your family and receive every schools Scion
Power of 7 Paragons- Get 7 characters to level 150 and destroy the world synthesizer
