Over the years I have been to some really cool houses. Many of the players have great imaginations. I have seen where glitches are used in houses that are ingenious. Build on that creativity. Make it so you can customize and expand your house and property with crowns or gold. Build additional buildings, walls, floors, staircases, towers, fences, pastures ect. Add farm animals for your pastures/pens. You could go to the shopping district. Use Turtleton the castle shop keeper and Quick the furniture shop keeper ( which seem to be under used). Have a section for building materials. For building your dream house/property. Create a new crafting bench that could be used for crafting rare building items. In your book have a setting so you have the option to open your house to the public with an on/off button, off as default. When turned on, other wizards can visit and leave a like on the house. Houses could be ranked by most liked. You can have a leader board for housing likes,similar to the pvp leader board. On that board you could search for types of houses or random houses that people have opened to the public, so you can visit.
