I feel like there isn't much to the friend list at the moment? You just send or be sent a friend request, and you're either "friends" or not. I think they should add a Private Message system so that I can message my offline friends, and they'll see the message once they are online. Also add it so that it tells you the last time your friend was online, and a way to select the friends you want to remove, then delete, instead of remove each one individually.
Also, add other ideas that you have to this post too.
