Myth Spell Pierce too Underpowered

Pierce has a very high pip cost considering it's effect.
a balance shield gives 3 shields for 1 pip
pierce removes 1 shield for 1 pip

I think the best way to change it is to make it remove 3 shields for 1 pip.
