When you click on the Shop icon and open up the menu, look over on the right hand side, below the portrait window. You should see a Crowns and a Gold tab.
Not everything can be purchased for Gold in the Shop (elixirs, henchmen and outfits are crowns-only), but the Mounts and Houses have an alternate Gold price.
They are available for gold. They always have been.
Actually that is very wrong. The new mounts that have come out cant be bought with gold (ie the like unicorn). If you are a paid member you shouldnt have to buy crowns to get mounts at all. We should be able to get them with gold, but you cant. And lowering the price to get the mounts in the first place. Would make it easier to get and not have to buy crowns just to get mounts. Like the white tiger was only available in crowns. And why should we have to earn 90,000 in gold to get a mount is beyond me.
