level up potion level to level 100

I was thinking that kingisle could add a level up potion that allows us to level up 100 instant. Requirements would have to be must have a level 130 wizard on the account.
It would be maybe 60-80k crowns.

I agree 110% that there needs to be a level 100 Elixir. I agree so much that i started a thread for it a while ago, and have been continuously justifying it to people who oppose it.
