Give us some kind of visual like a symbol of an amulet, athame, ring, or pet so we can see where the blade is coming from. That way we know which 45% blades will stack and which won't.
If it's the spells, item cards usually have higher effect% than reg/pet so you can tell the difference with that. As well when displayed in the UI (hovering over name) the item spell is coloured white (reg is also white btw) and the pet spell is coloured cyan.
If it's the enchants, not just item and pet but all enchanted spells are coloured purple. This has been a problem for a long time and has been brought up many times.
