I've been looking for a way to use open chat but I don't know how to get it, and changing your birthday is just wrong. :( Someone please help me, all my friends are using open chat. Please, post a reply on how to get it without changing your birthday.
Text Chat for players with under age 13 accounts can only be turned on by a parent/guardian over age 18. The parent/guardian must validate his/her age by buying a subscription or crowns with a valid credit card.
Turning on Text Chat is done through the Parental Controls under the My Accounts section of the website.
Open Chat is available to players over the age of 18.

i really want open chat but i dont want to change my b-day and this doesnt help plz tell me what else i can do :( :-(
Both of these options are only available through the Parental Controls. It's up to your parent or guardian to best decide what extent of chat they wish you to have.
