I enjoyed battling Ammit the Devourer in Krokotopia's House of Scales, though I found that she doesn't have a Second Chance Chest, for she is the House of Scales' last boss, & one of the challenging bosses, too.
The survey for granting Ammit the Devourer a Second Chance Chest is presented & filled out as follows...
1. Is the boss in question at the end of a long instance? It took a bit of a long time to get to her, even though the dungeon itself took longer than 30 minutes to finish, so yes, Ammit the Devourer at the end of that long instance. Check!
2. Does the boss in question have unique loot? I've read that she does have one unique wand that counts as her unique loot drop, the Rebus Breaker's Stave, one that is relatively close to the dungeon in particular, so, yes, Ammit the Devourer does have unique loot! Check!
That's the survey for Ammit to receive a Second Chance Chest. Hope you can grant her that someday soon.

In fact, Malistaire should also have a reset button. "Oh no you don't, where do you think you're going?" *push button* Resets the battle to the original settings, with 50k health Undying and 3 random minions.
One of my secret pleasures has always been to linger behind after my mates have left the dungeon, and see if the boss respawns. If I'm lucky, I have time to restock my tc and have a go at him solo. This happens occasionally in tartarus, even without using flee and reset tricks, and you can grab an extra zeus or poseidon drop this way.
It's good conditioning for 1v1 ranked since you will not have the luxury of teammates. (As for malistaire, it's iron man marathon mode - all 4 players, but you do not get to run for health, restock tc, etc.)

Well, with so many bosses to fight in so many new places, it's getting kind of hard to keep track of discovering select last bosses that have unique loot drops in select instances & ask for said bosses to add SCCs the moment we find them. I've read about Ammit's unique wand drop, so I feel that she should have a SCC for Wizards that would like to choose to grind said bosses to get the unique boss loot they would like to get.
