The option to turn off friend PMs should exist.

So that the entire layout doesn't need to be changed, it could replace the "Allow Friend Teleports" area to include that and PMs. For example:

Header: Friend Teleports/PMs

Options: "Both On" "Teleports On" "PMs On" "Both Off"
