I am not a fan of the yellow rain slicker that the otter has. I just realized that i can dye the Arcane Angler's Outfit but not the First Mate Otter to match. I'm really bummed about that. You would think that the yellow slicker that they wear would be be dyeable to match the color scheme I picked for my own outfit.
