Well, as in real life we usually go to 3 schools (But, I have to go to 4 Elementary I am in, Middle, Jr. High, and High) so why not spread out the schools to 3 schools or at least 1 school and 2 trainers.

Trainer or school 3
Level 27+
Or a college

Level 43+

I have 3 other people but, those are my most powerful.
You forgot the top end, where the truely talented go....graduate schools. They take the best and brightest of college grads. <In my field (biological/medical), they send the very best to medical research, the next tier they send to medical school, etc..>
So, maybe 51+ would be Graduate School level....and the next level, Postdoctoral, well, lets save that for the next expansion in levels.
