This and any other pet that can be trained and hatched from the Kiosk should be able to be traded to your other wizards. Many of us have multiple wizards and use our max wizard to train pets (As it naturally has more energy +higher level energy gear).

this. i have the frost fang from a few events back but i cannot be bothered to train it because its on my pyromancer who is in the late 120s and as its a non tradeable ice pet,with ice based natural talents, my pyromancer has no use for it.
