The title says the idea but to add to it, As much as I am sure everyone loves hearing the same thing said more then 100 times while farming a dungeon, It would be nice to have the option to give the npcs a break from repeating the same chat again and again, when you just want to farm the dungeon, and not be slowed down by the npcs banter. This would be very useful in the Sinbad dungeon which is why I am making this post to begin with as you can't even port to other wizards while inside the dungeon ( another idea I will be posting about) as it would help people who multibox.
