Fishbones can be found in bazaar or Mob drops in Marleybone. Broken board any novice crafter can craft them, go to Eudora Tangletree in Olde Town. You can also find these things in the bazaar.
Broken wood comes from Dragonspyre, fishbones from Marleybone. But just go check out the bazaar, people get rid of those items all the time. I would give you mine if I could!
